As Built Rates
Our fees are based on several variables:
- Overall square footage (economies of scale can be achieved with large projects)
- Complexity of space (open plan vs. high density)
- Access to space (building access is during typical work hours vs. between midnight and 2am)
- Scope of deliverable (floor plans vs. floor plans + elevations + building sections)
- Type of Plan (basic floor plans vs. detailed)
Residential & commercial as built quotes available on a cents per square foot basis. We also have contracts available for residential as builts.
Drafting Rates
At Fog City Drafting we have a team of skilled drafts people combining years of experience with the latest in CAD software to provide drafting solutions to a wide range of industry needs.
Though primarily involved in the as built industry we are always excited to use our CAD skills for any of our client needs. We mostly draft for architects, designers and contractors who wish us to take the existing condition as builts to the next stage of the remodel process.
It is important to note that we are not architects, engineers or designers and only seek to provide CAD services for industry professionals who know what they need.
Drafting Rate is $70 per hour.
Bond Plots are $4 a sheet.
Vellum Plots are $8 a sheet.
